The blue floral quilt is the Snowball wedding quilt made for Jane Boyd (Vogan) and her husband Dean - they were married in 2006. The pattern is by kaffe Fassett and is in his Museum Quilts book.

These beautiful girls are Tessa and Stella. We all love them and their mother and father Emma and Richard. The girls love their Bible cushions.

Poppy is the name we gave to Sophie before she was born. Her Dad drew pictures for me to embroider onto her quilt.

This is Rachel and Andrew's quilt in the making. It is one of Kaffe Fassett's designs called Leafy Snowball.

Quilts for Barb and other friends

I recently contacted a friend - Barb and told her about my blog. One of my goals/wishes this year is to do some quilt projects with my friends. It would be a joy to do that. I hastily photographed some of my latest projects to put on this blog for them to see.

Sophie again

Ian and I "played" with Sophie on Tuesday while Anna and Matt went to "Casino Royale". We had a great walk down to the harbour. Sophie fell asleep for the entire walk and it was very peaceful walking along in the lovely streets of Darling Point. A lady stopped us and said "you are a lucky couple!" We felt very lucky too! The days have been cooler than usual - though very humid. Sophie was quite happy all the time Anna and Matt were away, which was nice for us all.
